Kristin McKnight
Kristin graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1993 and from the University of Georgia School of Law cum laude in 1998.  Since that time, she has practiced law primarily in Colorado while getting sworn in to practice in Georgia on April 4, 2017.  Kristin continues to practice both in Colorado and Georgia.  The focus of her practice is real estate law and includes all homeowner association issues, real estate transactions and litigation, including title and ownership matters, sales, foreclosures, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters and general real property issues.  
 

Additionally, Kristin has successfully collected outstanding judgments and has extensive experience in sales of businesses, construction contracts and construction, liens/collection, and drafting contracts for business and personal needs.

Kristin believes that in her law practice, she can be effective in helping people attain their legal goals at a reasonable price.
 

John T. McKnight - Retired Consultant
John graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, received a Masters degree from the University of Alabama, and attended law school at Mercer University in Georgia.  He practiced law in Georgia and Florida for 25 years and has recently retired from full-time practice.  In his career, he served as the lead trial attorney in 150 federal and state cases.  Due to his current retirement status, John has put his law license on inactive status but serves as a consultant to Golden Isles Law.
